OrgPEOPLE represents a stream of thought that focuses on Action as the motivating Cause as well as resultant Effect of Education. In today’s fast-changing world of globalization and technology proliferation, the role of the individual is often overlooked. However, it has always been the strong-willed active individual with a clear vision who changes the course of society. OrgPEOPLE believes that every individual has the potential to evolve into such a person by emphasizing ‘Action’ in the development of the ‘Educated’ individual. OrgPEOPLE seeks to partner with like-minded and motivated individuals and organizations that share similar value systems and are committed to further the cause of individual human development in every way possible, within their respective spheres of influence.
Mission
The development and worldwide proliferation of technology that directly impacts human lives, the explosion of media-based messages that influence human thought and action, and the constant pressure on individuals to upgrade one’s lifestyle; these are the primary driving forces that shape today’s business and social environment. However, existing systems of business education, professional training and human resource development often fail to equip individuals with the requisite skills to recognize and capitalize on opportunities thrown up by the fast changing business and social mileu.
